The short version: we collect what the waitlist needs, we use it to email you once, and we never sell it.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your answers: whether you are looking into care or running an agency, your email address, your ZIP code or city, your agency name if you add it, and which language you used. That is all.
What else is recorded
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site, and records the IP address and browser type sent with each form.
Why we collect it
To email you once, when signed rate cards open in your area. If you run an agency, we also use it to contact you about the free pilot. We do not add you to any other list.
Who can see it
Only the Home Care Rate Card team, and the companies that host the site and store the form for us. We never sell your details, and we never pass them to home care agencies, referral services or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Only as long as the waitlist needs it. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
